Due to our products being made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your order has been shipped and delivered.
Please make sure to measure your nails correctly and double-check all details before checkout. VloraNail is not responsible for incorrect sizes or selections made by the customer.
Refunds are only permitted if the error was on our end.
Please note that actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device screen.
All items are handmade, so slight variations in embellishments such as crystals, stickers, foils, etc. may occur.
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Orders can only be canceled within the first 12 hours after purchase. A 5% handling fee will apply.
(Please understand — even if a refund is issued, the bank still charges us a transaction fee for this amount.)
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will only be issued if the error was on VloraNail’s side.
Refunds will not cover shipping costs, handling fees, or damages caused by misuse.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once a refund is approved.
VloraNail is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items once shipped.
