WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship to the continental U.S. and most international countries.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or other military addresses.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipping (excluding weekends and holidays).

WHY DOES MY ORDER SHOW “SHIPPED” BUT NO TRACKING NUMBER?
Your order is being packed or submitted to the courier. The tracking number will update once the carrier scans your package.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Average delivery time: 7–15 business days after shipment.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can change your shipping address only if your order has not yet shipped. Please double-check your address before checkout.

All orders are shipped from China to the address provided at checkout.
